Terms of Use

BPM Leader provides a place where BPM users, BPM professionals, BPM vendors, BPM consultants and other people interested in the business process management domain can meet, share ideas and opinions and interact.

All users of the BPM Leader site(s) are required to adhere to the following Terms of Use. By continuing, the user acknowledges that he/she has read the Terms of Use, understands the Terms of Use, and agrees to abide by the Terms of Use.


Violation of Terms of Use

Violation of the Terms of Use and/or Rules of Conduct can result in immediate suspension of the services rendered via BPM Leader. BPM Leader’s determination of whether a user has violated the Terms of Use is final. The user agrees to accept BPM Leader’s determination of whether a user has violated the Terms of Use. The user has no right to a review of the determination by BPM Leader that a user has violated the Terms of Use.


Rules of Conduct

As part of the Terms of Use, the Publisher of BPM Leader applies the following Rules of Conduct. Users of the BPM Leader site(s) agree to obey to these Rules of Conduct.


All posts are subject to review

BPM Leader reserves the right to accept, reject, remove or edit any post at our sole discretion, including, but not limited to those that are (blatantly) commercial, promotional, off-topic, not in English or that contain personal attacks, obscenity, vulgarity, profanity, impersonations, off-topic links or solicitations.


Respect each other

Obscene, profane, racist or sexually explicit language is prohibited. You may not harass, defame or threaten another person.


Respect copyright & ownership

Do not post third-party copyright material without providing credit for the author and a link to or citation of the original publication source. The same goes for ‘paid blogging’ – if you are a paid blogger who writes blog posts commissioned by a third party, this should be made clear in the materials published.


Respect the law

Solicitation postings for commercial or non-commercial purposes are prohibited. You may not post any content, invitation or solicitation for commercial or non-commercial purposes. Also postings that suggest, incite or encourage illegal activity are prohibited.


Report problems

Let us know if you feel that postings to BPM Leader are inappropriate or if you have technical problems using BPM Leader. Reports of problems should be e-mailed to info@bpmleader.com.
