Raul Gualberto Tinoco
Born on 1976 in Valencia, Spain. Computer Science Engineer by Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV) and Senior Consultant and Deputy Director in Levante agency of Sopra Group.
Raul began his career as a developer in a construction project of financial terminal for a major international spanish bank. After participating in various consulting projects in different technologies, has acquired consulting capabilities of systems architecture, development methodologies, technical offices to project support and business process management. Today, in addition to participating as a senior consultant, also helps to management and direction of levante agency in Sopra Group as deputy director.
