Rahul Kochhar specializes in advising customers in defining strategies in enterprise content management (ECM) and business process management (BPM), demand analysis (“As-is” and “To-be” processes), product evaluations, business solution architecture, concept and solution selling, and setting up centres of excellence (CoEs). He is also responsible for thought leadership in the BPM area and for providing customers with business-centric solutions.
Rahul has more than 10 years of global experience in BPM, ECM, and document output customer communication (DOCCM) domains. He has worked on strategic projects for enterprise customers in APAC, Middle East and Americas, and across verticals including telecom, banking, insurance and business process outsourcing-shared service centers (BPO-SSCs). Most recently, he has been involved in three major BPM and ECM initiatives in Australia.
