Ever since my professor let me read “the goal” for my MSc thesis I was hooked with everything related to process optimization and process improvement, from TQM, ToC to LSS. I have worked in various roles implementing this in multiple industries like FMCG, Transport & Logistics and Financial Services Industry.
I have a special interest in how new technologies can influence BPM. From how discrete simulation can support process management (both in day to day management as continuous improvement, my MSc thesis subject) to how BPM relates to / can be of added benefit to new technologies as Big Data, IoT and Fintech/Blockchain!
