Francesc Xavier Berjano
Francesc X. Berjano is the CEO of Mediterranean Consulting, an International Consulting company focused in Business Process Management (Process Improvement, Change Management, Business & IT Alignment, Business Performance Management, BPA/BPM, and process benchmarking).
He has over fifteen years of experience in the consultancy sector and has been Consulting managing director in International companies such as: Horwath Consulting, Mazars Consulting and GFI Consulting.
He holds a Bachelor in computer science, international register of certificated auditors (IRCA),iatca qms auditor/senior auditor,irca qms auditor/lead auditor, international auditor and training certification association (IATCA) and membership of information systems audit and control association.
Francesc has written numerous articles, white papers and tutorials about Business process Management.
He defends the use of the open source in the organizations, and forms a part actively of initiatives such as: jbpm, intalio, activiti, libreoffice, pentaho and alfresco. It is also the owner of the Group in Linkedin of ” consultants expert in process improvement , which has over 3000 members it´s one of the most active worldwide, Group for Spanish-speaking consultants.
His special interest is the rapid convergence of BPM, Master Data, integration and analytics in delivering breakthrough performance information architectures for medium/large enterprises. During his career, Francesc has experienced the importance of process modeling and project documentation as essential elements to the successful implementation of projects.
