I love to relate technology to business people and business needs. Although I personally work in a very unstructured way, I recognize the need to improve the way any business functions through process maturity.

Strong Process requires both management and discipline and the opposite is chaos and confusion. Old habits die hard, and its a long journey for the BPM advocates to drag the transactionsal systems and thinkers into the new world of process thinking.
